When will the giga be available for the etsy shop and how much estimated? Also what about the carcharodontosaurus? Will you ever make that one in the future?

Hi, I'm not sure the big Giganotosaurus will ever really be something that I can sell. The cost of molding and casting is very expensive, as well as shipping something that big in one piece. It ends up costing more than most people are willing and or able to pay. I'm guessing shipping for a built one would run well over 100$ on top of the cost of the model. Even if I sold it as a kit it would still be pretty expensive. That isn't to say it could never happen but the right set of conditions would have to happen for it to become a reality.

The Giganotosaurus will be available as soon as I can get enough money to have it molded and cast. I'm not 100% sure how much it will sell for yet, but it will really depend on the molding and casting price. I put out an announcement about preorders for the Anzu but I really didn't get bites so I'm a little gun shy. I would love to sculpt q carcharodontosaurus perhaps in the future. I need to get some herbivores in first.

Ah well I hope it goes on sale soon! Can't wait to see how much it will go for. As for herbivores have you thought about a Amargasaurus

Are you going to be casting your Anzu and the Giganoto like you did your Deinonychus?

Yes, that is the plan. I am trying to drum up enough preorders on the Anzu but it is slow going. I only have maybe 3 people interested at the moment. I have to finish up the base for the Giganotosaurus and it too will be ready. Then, it is the same thing. Trying to get them funded. That dang molding and casting is expensive.

Are you going to try Kickstarter again? 9As someone who knows what a hassle that is, I'd understand if the answer is no. It's not simple by any means.)
Great work!

Not sure about Kickstarter again. It isn't that it is too much work, it is just that it was pretty tight reaching the goal. I guess I am mostly afraid of failure. If I was sure I would get a huge response I would definitely do it. I'm just not confident I could get the same on the Anzu as it is pretty high priced. Maybe Giganotosaurus would do better as it would be a slightly lower price point. Then again, I put feathers on it so that puts it at risk.
